Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nightmarquee.com ("NightMarquee", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a membership you agree to them. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the service.

The service

NightMarquee is a library of written prompts that generate websites in AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude and similar), with live demo previews. Some prompts are free; the full library requires an Unlimited membership. What you may do with prompts is defined by the license.

Accounts

Sign-in is by magic link — you need a working email address and you're responsible for keeping access to that inbox. One account per person. We may close accounts that abuse the service (scraping the library, sharing premium content, attacking the infrastructure).

Memberships & billing

• Unlimited is a subscription ($12/month or $79/year) billed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, VAT and invoices.
• Founding is a one-time purchase granting lifetime Unlimited access, limited to 100 seats.
• Cancel anytime from the customer portal (Account → Manage billing); access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices for new billing periods may change with notice on the pricing page.

Refunds

14 days, no questions: if a purchase is within its first 14 days, email support@nightmarquee.com and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, subscription cancellation stops future charges but past charges aren't refunded.

Content & AI outputs

Prompts are creative instructions; the sites AI tools build from them vary by tool, model version and your follow-up instructions. We don't control those tools and can't guarantee a specific output, and we're not responsible for what you deploy. Demo pages use fictional brands; any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
