Prompt license
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Short version: everything you generate with a prompt is yours. The prompt text itself stays ours — don't republish or resell it. Free prompts cover personal projects; Unlimited adds commercial use.
What a "prompt" is
A prompt is the written instruction text (in any of its per-tool variants) published in the NightMarquee library, together with its live demo page. Prompts are licensed, not sold.
Personal license — Free prompts
- Use free prompts in Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude or any similar tool to generate websites and interfaces.
- Deploy what you generate for personal, portfolio, educational or non-commercial projects — modified or not, no attribution needed.
- The generated output is yours entirely.
Commercial license — Unlimited & Founding
- Everything in the personal license, for any number of commercial projects— client work, your company's sites, products you sell.
- The license covers you (one person). Agencies: one Unlimited seat per person using the library.
- Stays valid for anything you built while your membership was active, even after it ends. Founding seats never end.
What you can't do (any tier)
- Republish, resell or redistribute the prompt texts themselves — individually or as a collection, free or paid, human- or AI-audienced.
- Share your account or premium prompt texts with people who don't have a membership.
- Build a competing prompt library from the library's contents.
Outputs and responsibility
AI tools generate different results each run. You're responsible for reviewing what a tool builds from a prompt — including its accessibility, licensing of any assets the tool adds, and fitness for your use. Demo pages show one faithful interpretation, not a guaranteed output.
